EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

The UK has now left the EU, which means you may be charged additional costs when importing our products, but most of the costs can be reclaimed in your VAT return. Import charges comprise of the following:

VAT on Import (reclaimable): VAT will be charged on the order value at the standard VAT rate of your country - you can reclaim this in your VAT return.

Duties: Our products have a 0% rated tariff so will not encounter any duty fees.

Disbursement fee: A disbursement fee might be charged by the courier or postal service at the point of entry. As a guide, this is around €8 - €20 per parcel. 

Did you know you can reduce and defer payment of the above costs by getting a VAT deferment account? Instead of paying the import VAT on entry, it is simply declared in your VAT return. This can help your cash flow, enable faster customs clearance, and reduce administrative costs. 

 

SALE AGREEMENT

By placing a wholesale order with us you agree to the following terms:

• Selling via a third-party website, store, or marketplace is not permitted. Specifically, we do not allow customers to sell our products via Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Notonthehighstreet.com, hardtofind.com or trouva.com. If you are unsure if a website breaches this term, please check with us first.
• Setting up or using Google Ads to include our brand, product name, or our images is not permitted without prior consent from Another Studio.
• You are welcome to use our product images on your own website or via your own social media channels. We retain the copyright to these images and reserve the right to recall the use of the images in the future.
• Please ask for permission to use our images in any other marketing or advertising campaigns.
• We ask that USA retailers adhere to our MAP pricing, approx the USD equivalent of our GBP RRP.
• Any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Please note that your order may be canceled if payment is not received within 2 weeks excluding previously made payment agreements.

 

UNITED KINGDOM

Pro-forma payment is required for first orders.

30 days net payment terms for established customers.

Invoices are to be paid by bank transfer in £GBP.

 

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

Payment is required in £GBP, €EURO, or $USD prior to dispatch.

Credit terms are given at our discretion for established customers.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card in £GBP, €EURO, or $USD.

All transaction fees must be paid in full. Payments received short of the invoice total will result in less products being shipped to cover the shortfall.
