Shipping to the USA
Unless it’s a special limited offer, there’s no such thing as free shipping - companies offering this price will have priced it into their products and potentially raised their prices to ‘absorb’ the cost. We choose to price our products without shipping included, we charge shipping based on the weight of your parcels. 

Custom & Import Fees - what everyone worries about!
This April we are trialing duty paid on all orders to the USA, to give you ease of mind on your delivery with no surprise costs. 
After the trial, we hope to roll this out for the rest of the year.

What does this mean for me? 

Whatever your size order, we will deliver it to your door inclusive of any tax or customs fees. This gives you ease of mind on your delivery with no surprise costs.

If your order gets charged customs fees, we'll settle the fees for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with an invoice from the courier showing a breakdown of the fees.

Can I ship with my own courier?
Absolutely! We will pack up your order and send you parcel details for you to book a collection.

Jargon buster = Breakdown of custom & Import fees

Duties: The majority of our products are 0% rated tariff meaning no extra duty costs for you.

Taxes: Import tax is charged at your local tax rate. 

Handling (also referred to as broker, admin, or disbursement fee): This is an admin cost the shippers  apply on custom invoices. Costs are generally from $12-$30
